Colective Haul #1 + Mini Reviews

Hello lovelies !

I've felt quite inspired lately so I thought I'd use it all to blog and fill your feed with posts, why not am I right?
Anyway I haven't been buying a lot of things at once so I was waiting for items to pile up so I can post them collectively.
This are products that I've accumulated from a few trips to the drugstore.

- Ziaja Sensitive moisturizer - Nivea Pure&Natural day cream - Garnier Perfect Blur primer -

1. Ziaja Sensitive Skin soothing day cream with SPF 20: since I bought this moisturizer has become really and important step in my skincare and I like to use it when my skin feels dry and when I need extra hydration. I also love using it under makeup for a more flawless dewy finish.
I do need to mention that it has a specific smell, to me it smells great, nothing particular, kind of like a cream would smell like, but my mom has mentioned that she can not stand the smell of it so I guess that part is individual.
I do recommend it though, because it gives the skin so much moisture.

2.  Nivea Pure & Natural soothing day cream for dry and sensitive skin: 
I have been using this one for the past year of year and a half. I'm planing on doing a more detailed post on it, since it is one of my holy grail skincare products.

3. Garnier Perfect blur primer: A newcomer on the market that I have fallen in love with, it works perfect, and I love how smooth it leaves my skin when I apply it. It leaves the foundation looking flawless.

- Alverde wash cream - Alverde Peeling and mask - Alkmene wash creme - Balea peeling -

4. Alverde Clear washcreme: another of my holy grail skincare products. I use it on it's own and in a combination with a peeling.

5. Alverde Clear Peeling and mask: since I love the washcream from this line I thought I'd give a go to the peeling too. I still haven't gotten to using it yet, so I'll keep you posted on that one.

6. Alkmene Washcreme with tea tree oil: this product has surprised me the most from all my purchases, in a positive way of course. I love the smell of it, it's so natural and silky on my skin, I love washing up with it. I also use it to dessolve my makeup before taking it off with a wipe.

7. Balea Enzim peeling: this is another experimental product that I haven't used yet. 

- Catrice 1+1 nailpolish - Essence Come to Town Nail set - Essence Come to Town Quad - Essence Come to Town eye pencil -

There is not much I can say about these 4, since they can pretty much speak for themselves with those gorgeous colours.
The Essence ones I got from the winter/Christmas collection, but not just because I love Christmas, but also because I love that deep burgundy red colour.

And the Catrice nailpolishes were just a lucky bonus, plus who wouldn't fall in love with that brilliant topcoat.

Ultraflesh Shinebox - Review

Today I have a review of a product that was sent to me from StrawberyNET (click away:))

Packaging

I was very excited to recieve this product, because it looked very handy and also I had never heard of it before, but I wasn't expecting much of it.

It is called the Ultraflesh shinebox and as the name gives it away it is a highlighting kit.
It consists of a flesh colored powder highlighter, 2 cream highlighters that can be used as eyeshadow bases, and 2 highlighting pencil liners - one nude and the other one white.

Yes this palette can do this :)

After a month of trying this product out I finally made the time to write a post to do it justice, because I have fallen in love with this product.
I have literally been using it since the day I got it. It really took me by surprise.

The packaging of this product is brilliant because it is compact and it has like a slide/magnetic feel - it's easy to open but at the same time it feels secure. In my opinion it is quite perfect for travel.

Skin enhancer

The pigmentation of the powder highlighter/enhancer is amazing. Also I love that the shimmer is very fine and makes the glow even and the flesh color gives it a natural look.
It just illuminates the skin effortlessly.
I like to use it on the top of my cheekbones, on my nose, on my cupid's bow and my chin.
I also discovered that it looks good if I bronze my face and than apply this instead of blusher.
You can play around with it a lot.

Cream Highlighters

The cream highlighters have a great light formulation that allows them to glide over the skin without looking patchy or streaky, even if the skin has been already powdered.
Also they don't pull on your skin when you apply them. They are very easy and forgiving so don't worry.
I like to apply them with my fingers.

The first one has a gold shimmer in it and is more of a warm color that would soothe a warmer color blush or bronzer.
The second one is on the pinky side and for my skin this one suits me better and is of course my favorite out of the two. It has more of a colder shimmer to it.

As I previously said these two can be also used as bases for the eyelids. For me they creased, because I do have oily eyelids, but nevertheless it made the eye shadows look amazing.

The eye pencils: Nude and Secret shimmer

I left the last products and the cutest for the end. I am in love with these two pencils.

- They are retractable which makes it really easy since you don't have to sharpen them ever.
- They are small enough to fit in any makeup bag which makes it again very easy to carry them around and have them on easy acsess.

The first one is the nude shimmer which I loved using on my lids and in the inner corners. You can use it on the waterline as well but I prefered the Secret shimmer for the waterline.

NYX Ultra Pearl Mania - 24 Penny Pearl

Danes je na vrsti še ena ocena izdelka znamke NYX.
Skupaj s svinčnikom za ustnice od včeraj mi  je Moja Drogerija poslala tudi NYX Ultra pearl mania pigment v odtenku Penny Pearl. Barvo bi opisala kot zagorelo oranžno zmešano z bordo rdečo (moram pa pripomnit, da opisovanje barv ni moja vrlina).

Ljubim pigmente, zaradi finiša in barvne kakovosti, ki ga dajo veki, vendar hkrati sovražim kakšen nered pustijo. Zato jih precej zanemarjam, čeprav imam neverjetno izbiro teh v moji kolekciji ličil.

I have another review today for yet another NYX product.

With the lip liner from yesterday Moja Drogerija also sent me the NYX Ultra pearl mania pigment in the shade Penny Pearl. It's a burned orange with a mixture of burgundy kind of color.

I love pigments, because of the finish and quality color that you get from them, but at the same time I hate the mess they leave behind. Therefore I neglect them a lot even though I have an amazing selection of them in my collection.

Let's get into the details about this particular one.

Packaging - Embalaža

Embalaža izgleda v redu, ampak po mojih izkušnjah z njo ni praktična za pigment. Bolj koristno bi bilo, če bi bila odprtina širša.
To je edina stvar, ki mi ni všeč na tem izdelku.

The packaging looks fine, but in my experience with it, it's not practical for a pigment. It would be more useful if the jar and the opening were wider.
That is pretty much the only thing I didn't like about the product.

Application - Nanos

Ker je to pigment je opadanje senčila zelo možno, če niste previdni. Sicer pa se dobro zalepi na veko in je zelo enostaven za zabrisovanje.
Prav tako sem se poskusila mokri nanos in tokrat je vse zgeldalo malo bolj urejeno, čeprav dobite jasne linije in zabrisovanje traja nekaj časa.
Mali namig: Najprej sem nanesla mokri pigment na veko, medtem ko sem zabrisovala s pomočjo suhega.

Since this is a pigment there is a fair amount of fall out if you are not careful. Otherwise it sticks very well to the lid and is very easy to blend.
I also tried out the wet application and this time it way less messy although you do get crisp lines and the blending takes a bit of work.
A tip about how I made it work is that I applied it wet on my lid and blended it with a bit more of the loose pigment in my crease.

Pigmentation - Pigmentacija

Kot je v imenu izdelka - pigment, je izdelek zelo pigmentiran, še posebej, če ga uporabljate mokrega.
Prav tako boste lahko videli kako izgleda na spodnji sliki.

As in the name of the product - pigment, this is very pigmented, especially if you apply it wet.
You will also be able to see that in the picture below.


Staying Power - Obstojnost

Pri meni senčila hitro zbežijo v gubice, če ne uporabim ustrezne podlage.
In to je isto s tem izdelkom.
Z uporabo podlage sem se hitro znebila tega problema.
Zelo sem bil zadovoljna z obstojnostjo pigmenta, ki je na mojih vekah ostal preko celega dneva, polnega predavanj in drugih opravkov.

For me any shadow creases if I don't use primer before applying it.
And it was the same with this product.
I used a clear primer underneath and I got rid of that problem.
I was very satisfied with the staying power, the pigment held on and stayed there through my whole day of errands and classes.

Uživala sem v poskušanju tega izdelka. Spravil me je k bolj pogosti uporabi pigmentov.
To je odličen jesensko / zimaski odtenek in ga priporočam vsem, ki radi nosite temnejše barve na vekah.

Overall I enjoyed this product. It did make me want to use pigments more often.
It is a great fall/winter shade and I recommend it to you if you like darker colors on your lid.

NYX Lipliner - Review

Danes delim z vami moje mnenje o še enem izdelku, ki sem ga dobila od Anje @ Moja Drogerija.

Today I'm reviewing another product that I got from Anja @ Moja Drogerija.

Sem velika ljubiteljica rdeče šminke in imam kar obsežno kolekcijo teh, zato sem tudi probala veliko svinčnikov za ustnice.

Kot že veste, ključ do popolnih rdečih ustnic je vedno pri izbiri svinčnika, ki ga nosite pod rdečo šminko.

Torej poglejmo si kako se je NYX-ov svinčnik izkazal.

Now I consider myself a big fan of red lipstick, therefor I own and have tried many lipliners.

As you all know the key to a perfect red lip is always in the choice of lipliner you wear underneath the red lipstick.

So with all that in mind lets take a look at how the Nyx's Lip Liner did.

The Application - Nanos

Bila sem navdušena nad tem, kako gladko svinčnih drsi na ustnicah, saj to omogoča lažji nanos.

Zelo lahko naredite tanko linijo za obrobo ustnic, prav tako pa z lahkoto zapolnite cele ustnice.

Zame je to zelo pomembno pri svinčnikih za ustnice, saj nihče si ne želi trdega svinčniga, ki nam nakoncu še "opraska" ustnice.

I was impressed by how this liner glides on smoothly on your lips, which makes it easier to line your lips and later on fill them in. 

This is very important for me in a lip liner since it is very hard to work with stiff liners, you end up scratching your lips instead of making them look smoother. 

The Pigmentation - Pigmentacija

Kot ste že lahko videli na sliki je ta svinčnik je zelo pigmentiran. 

Lahko nanesete tanjšo ali pa debelejšo plast, seveda po vaši želji.

Včasih rada nosim samo svinčnik na ustnicah in ta je definitivno odličen za to nalogo, saj kot sem omenila lahko nosite debelejšo plast, lahko ga pa zabrišete za bolj nežen, rožnati učinek na ustnicah. 

As you can already tell from the picture this liner is very pigmented. You can build it up or tone it down. 

Sometimes I like wearing lip liners on their own and this one is great for that because it's easily blendable and buildable.

The Staying power - Obstojnost

Bila sem zadovoljna z obstojnostjo tega izdelka.

Kar me je še bolj navdušilo je bilo dejstvo, da glede na to da imam večje ustnice, se obroba mojih usnic hitro zabriše in izgleda zelo neurejeno. S pomočjo tega liplinerja mi je uspelo se znebiti prav tega problema. 

I was satisfied with the staying power of this product.

But what impressed me more was the fact that, considering I have bigger lips, my lipstick tends to bleed and with the help of this lip liner it didn't.

Za zaključek z veseljem sem eksperimentirala z Nyx-ovim svinčnikom za ustnice. Zdaj ima svoj ​​prostor v moji torbici ličil, kadarkoli hočem nositi rdečo šminko.

In za vse vas, ki vam rdeče ustnice niso tako všeč kot so meni, NYX ima še veliko drugih odtenkov in verjetno boste lahko našli enega, ki vam ustreza.

Overall I loved playing around with this lip liner. It now has its own space in my makeup bag whenever I want to wear a red lip.

MeMeMe - Eye Inspire Eyeshadow Trio

On this casual Sunday I have another review for you in English and Slovene.

This time I am reviewing a new brand that I haven't tried before. It is MeMeMe and I have heard of it before by watching a lot of british Beauty vloggers.

Last month Anja from Moja Drogerija (click away) asked us to pick a quad/trio from this brand to review and I decided to pick 04 Desire Eyes.

I was very atracted to this shade, because it's green colors reminded me of fall/autumn and since I don't have similar eyeshadow colors in my collection (schooker), it was an easy pick. 

MeMeMe Trio - 04 Desire Eyes

Tokrat ocenjujem novo blagovno znamko, ki je do zdaj še nisem poskusila. Ta je MeMeMe za katero sem slišala le preko nekaterih pritanskih Lepotnih vloggerjev.

Prejšnji mesec Anja iz Moja Drogerija (klik), nam je dala na izbiro za oceno quad ali trio senčk te blagovne znamke in sem se odločila, da si izberem odtenek 04 Desire Eyes.

Ta odtenek me je zelo privlačil, ker so me zelene barve spomnile na jesen in ker nimam podobnega odtenka v moji kolekciji, je bila izbira lahka.

So lets dig into the details :)

Torej, gremo k podrobnostim :)

Packaging:

The shadows are in a round black container with a seethhrough lid which has the name of the brand on it (as you can see in the pictures).It reminds me a lot of MAC packaging (judging from pictures) and that excites me a lot. I also like that you can easily see the colors through the lid and I like that it closes well and securly.

Pakiranje:

Senčke so v okrogli črni posodi s prozornim pokrovom, ki ima na njem ime blagovne znamke (kot lahko vidite na slikah).

Spominja me na MAC embalaže (sodeč po slikah), kar me je navdušilo še bolj. Všeč mi je tudi, da lahko enostavno vidimo barve skozi pokrov. Pravtako pa da se dobro in varno zapre. 

Desire Eyes: up close

Enough talking about the outside, we all know real beauty lies on the inside. 

Dovolj govorjenja o zunanjosti, saj vsi vemo, da prava lepota leži v notranjosti.

Eyeshadow colors:

All the eyeshadows are shimmery, the vibrant green though is a little less. The lighter and darker mossy greens have gold reflex to them, where as the vibrant green has more of a golden green reflex. 

Barve senčil :

Vse senčila imajo "shimmer finiš", medtem ko živahno zeleni odtenek malo manj. Prva dva odtenka imajo zlati refleks, živahno zelena pa bolj zeleno-zlati refleks.

Application:

I love the formula of these eyeshadow. I found it very easy to apply them. You can blend them to get a more settle smokey look or build them up to get a more night out and sexy smokey eye. I also noticed that there wasn't as much fall out as there usually is with other eyeshadows I often use, and that was a plus. 

Nanos:

Obožujem formulo teh senčil. Ugotovila sem, da je nanos zelo enostaven. Zelo lahko se jih zabriše, da bi dobili bolj vsakodnevni Smokey, pravtako se da pigmentacijo dodajati, da bi dobili večern in seksi Smokey look. Opazila sem tudi, da ni bilo veliko opadanja senčil na licih, kar je velik plus, saj ni potrebno dodatno popravljanje podlage v tem predelu.

Pigmentation:The vibrant green dissapointed me in this aspect, in comparisson to the other two greens which are impressively much more pigmented. And as they say a picture is worth a 1000 words - you can see it all in the picture of the swatches.

Pigmentacija:

Živahno zelena me je razočarala v tem pogledu v primerjavi z drugima dvema, ki sta izjemno pigmentirana. 

In kot pravijo slika je vredna 1000 besed - vse se lepo vidi na slikah spodaj.

Staying power:

I used the eyeshadows with different primers and eyeshadow bases and overall I was satisfied with the staying power. The eyeshadows stayed well on my lids, they didn't crease and the colors stayes vibrant.

Obstojnost:

Senčila sem uporabila z različnimi podlagami in kremnimi senčili. Na splošno sem bila zadovoljena z obstojnostjo. 

Senčila so se odlično izkazala na mojih vekah, saj se niso pogreznila v gubice veke. Barve so tudi po nekaj urah ostale živahne.

Balea Hair Mask

Hello lovelies :)

Today I am reviewing Balea's Hair Mask.

About two months ago I was washing my hair and I noticed that my hair felt a little dry when I would rinse out the shampoo. 

The next day I went on a hunt for a hair mask. After browsing through Dm's hair section for a while, I finally decided to get the Balea one just because it caught my eye and also it attracted me with its promises. 

Product's Information: 

- Balea hair mask with peach and silk

- 200 ml

- For dry and damaged hair without shine

- The caring formula with peach and silk extract helps detangle your hair, while vitamins B3 and B5 help to nourish them. 

- It is a specially soft formula without silicone 

How to use it: 

Distribute the mask evenly on towel dry hair. Keep it in for 2-3 minutes and rinse it of after.

How I use it: 

I like to first wash and clean my hair twice using a soft cleansing shampoo. I usually use a anti-dandruff one or something that adds volume. After that I put about two little scoops of the mask beginning first with the roots and massaging it in and after that gliding it onto the rest of my hair and also on the ends. 

Next I leave it a little more than 2 minutes, I leave it about 5-6 minutes. After that I do one more little massage to my roots and I rinse it out. 

Final thoughts and my experience with it :

I could not be more satisfied with this product. It does a great job on my hair.

It moisturizes my hair to a point that it feels nice on the touch and not dry at all. It feels very smooth after I rinse it off, certainly it gives a silky texture to my hair.  

And on top of everything it smells delicious, just like a garden in my hair. I love the smell of peaches and the shine that I get after I blow dry my hair.

I have also noticed that since I've been using it, my hair doesn't fall off as much as it did before.

I have only good things to say about the product that is why I give it a full 10 and I recommend it to all of you that don't want to spend too much on a hair mask, but you still want some moisture into your hair.

Essence Nail Art Express Dry drops - Review

I'm always in a rush to get my nails done beautifully and step out, but when you do 2 coats of nail polish it's hard to get them quickly dry and be able to keep your nails done. 

And after many "accidents" that ruined my manicure most of the time I decided to get some dry drops. 

Essence is my favorite drugstore brand to go to when I need a new product to try, because most of my Essence products have overcome my expectations I have gladly given it the title of favorite. 

So I found this Express Dry Drops on sale and I got it immediately. 

I got home excited to try it out and started doing my nails. Quickly I got to the point of putting the drops on my nails. As far as for first impressions I did not expect this product to be oily in any ways. The good thing about it being oily was that it moisturized my cuticles and made my manicure look even better and more flawless, the downside was that my precious Cosmopolitan, which at the time I used as a surface to do my nails, was all oily and messed up, also my fingers were oily and I couldn't touch anything. 

The next time I found a solution, using a paper towel underneath or a towel. 

Otherwise I was very impressed with the outcome. I have been using this product for a while now and I can say that I like it and I do use it when I am in a hurry to get my nails done and quickly dry. It does make the process faster and from that aspect I am satisfied with it. 

What the product claims:

"Sometimes every second counts: and with the express dry drops your nail polish dries in just 60 seconds! due to the pipette the product can be systematically and dropwisely applied. and the best: fingernails and cuticles will be nourished with vitamin e and almond oil getting extra shine!"

My comments and final review:  

First it is very true that in 60 seconds your nails are dry, but I have to add that only to the touch. It takes a little bit longer to actually start doing something and not ruin your manicure. Though it is also true that it does dry your nails quicker than without using it.

Second I love that they added a pipette and that it isn't a spray one. It has a lot more control over the amount of product you put on your nails, also it allows you to be precise with it. 

And third I totally agree with the last statement. It is 100 % true that the product makes your manicure shiny and flawlessly done and it does nourish the cuticles. 

If you have an Essence counter available where you're from I recommend checking their stuff.

NOTW + Review

A while ago I purchased a new nailpolish. 

It is the Bourjois 1 seconde GEL nail polish.

As soon as I saw it, I fell in love with it.
It's already May and this is such a great spring and summery color. 

I've been wearing it  for a week now and I love it.

It is the shade No.7 - fuchsia bucolique

This is only one coat of the nail polish. 

What I like about it is the texture of the polish. 
It is thick and opaque. 

It stays pretty long and nice on your nail, but if you don't want it to chip in a day or two, I recommend you to apply one more coat so it stays on longer with no chips.

Mini Beauty Haul

It's been raining all morning in my town so I decided to go out and do some shopping.
I went to my favorite drugstore Muller and got some new beauty items.

1. Essence My Skin moisturizer + Essence My Skin caring cleansing wipe

Quick review: I love the this moisturizer. I've been using it for 3 months now and now I just repurchased it. I will do  a detailed review of this product in the future.

2. Terra Naturi Liquid make-up testers
I open and tried out one of the foundation testers. Even though the coverage and finish was very nice, I didn't like at all the texture of the foundation. I just could not work with it, but I will try out the other tester again and try to work around it.


3. Essence Rebels collection - soft matte lipgloss in Mauve like a Rockstar
This product is exactly what it describes to be. A soft matte lipgloss. I personally love it because I love lip products with matte finishes. If you want you can always add some glossy lipgloss over it or just leave it like it is. Swatches of this product will be in a separate post. 

4. Essence Rebels collection - lip & cheek pot in Peach punk

I was really excited to purchase this product. I love multifunctional products and this was just an amazing addition to my makeup collection. It's a summery color and it gives the right amount of color to your lips and cheeks. Also it's buildable which is a huge plus for me, but it has a matt finish so if you don't like matt products I would not recommend it.
